Xbase Institute

4 D Concepts made a significant contribution to the X3J19 standard of the Xbase language committee for the ANSI committees, meeting once a quarter in the US.

As part of that representation, 4 D Concepts created the Xbase Institute to promote the adoption of the Xbase language through the 1990\’s. Various magazines and articles were published to support this process.
