Pacific Life Re

4 D Concepts was commissioned to develop, support and manage the Pacific Life Re analytics and reporting engine centred around Microsoft SQLServer and SQLServer Integration Services.

Following the creation of a strategic transformation report for their legacy operational systems which recommended the use of SAP, 4 D Concepts also developed the transition and development plans for the stable analytics data management system on to the SAP system.

The current system was developed in 2010 and interfaces to a number of actuarial data systems, PeopleSoft accounting and Essbase SmartView for analytics and dimensional OLAP reporting.

Significant improvements in performance and automated archiving were delivered as well as increased mapping and dimension modelling support systems.

4 D Concepts also delivered training packs as well as continuing support for business process and executive communications management and consultancy.
