His work has included the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transforming and delivering the Business Process Management strategy and capability of Aon in line with client centric initiatives and regulatory requirements, whilst assuring outsourced supplier technology delivery management.<\/li>\n<li>Expanding document management architecture and security frameworks; developing solutions to Java based services, MQSeries based messaging systems; ETL tools, Content Management, performance Management, KPI\\&#8217;s, evaluating new technologies and systems; leading architecture discipline on new application development initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Developing a corporate and global strategy for Portals, including the technical programme management encompassing a number of initiatives delivering\u00a0 over a three month period.
